Lovely place. Clean, bright, well appointed. The photos are very accurate. If anything, it's roomier than the photos suggest. We had four adults and were very comfortable. They have added a Murphy bed which is more comfortable than the pull-out. It's a basement unit, so if you are craving sunlight and mountain views, you might want to look elsewhere.

We stayed here for MLK weekend of sking in Aspen. The 4 Aspen mountains are about a 20 minute drive. We have an EV and found the ChargePoint charger 3 mins walk away to be extremely useful. The only annoyance is that the parking lot requires you to pull the charger (and you can restart) every 4 hours so you can't leave it charging for 8 hours overnight. If you don't mind, the penalty for not pulling the charger is $25. The home itself is great. Queen bed, a full murphy bed and a pull out couch bed. Very spa

We drove our Electric Vehicle from Denver and stayed at this home. It is a great place for 3-4 people. We also had our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The EV charger is literally a 3 min walk. It is not a free charger but is very inexpensive. Also, you need to move the car every 4 hours at the charger but overall, still very useful to have. The home is very comfortable with a pull out sofa bed, a full bed and a murphy bed.

We had a great stay. The place looks just like the photos, and was actually bigger than I expected. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. It?s worth noting that this is a basement unit. However, we had no issues with any noise from above. I?d plan on staying here again next time I?m in the area.

This rental fit our needs perfectly. It allowed easy access to all destinations in the valley. It was clean and despite being in a basement it had great lighting. We were very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location. The property managers attended to minor issues with the rental door lock. The hosts were responsive and polite. The rental was comfortable and clean. Please keep in mind that there is no washer/dryer. It was not an issue for our stay but it is worth mentioning. I would rent again. It is a nice neighborhood and a great location.

Great Spot in the basement of a larger home. Really cool modern decor. There was no noise from above. I like the dark quiet basement, but there is no natural light or windows. Awesome location walking easily to all the spots in town. Keypad entry was a little funky, but their instructions are super clear if you just follow the instructions. This property did not disappoint. We were right on the Square and could get up and walk everywhere with our pet and enjoy the local life and even yoga in the park across the street. We wanted access to trails and outdoor life and within a short drive could get to everything or hop on our bikes and hit the trail right out the door. We really enjoyed our stay in Carbondale. The property is located in a great spot and is walkable to Main Street. It is close enough to the ski areas to make for easy travel for ski days. We loved the place! Pictures don't describe how beautiful and spacious is this apartment. The living room is big and the kitchen is very nice (with all the appliances you may ever need). This apartment has a great location, just a couple of blocks from Main St in Carbondale, with restaurants and coffee shops. It was very clean and comfortable, had a lot of good kitchen equipment and was very comfortable. My friend enjoyed the Murphy bed which was easy to fold down. It is, however, a basement apartment and does not get any light during the day. However, we were out all day long so that wasn't an issue. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment is truly a lovely spot. It has a great location, and, is situated with understated charm and welcoming additions. It is full sized, so, it has very high and spacious ceilings, just not a lot of sunlight. For our purposes it worked well since we were away during the day times. It was quite a comfortable spot to rest at night after a full day outdoors.

This was the perfect location for me and my family. We loved going across the street to the park and being within walking distance to all of the Main St shops and restaurants. It is a lovely space, well-decorated and stocked with great appliances and soaps. My only concern would be for folks who are sensitive to noise in the mornings, as it is a basement space with a (lovely) family living upstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this stay was great! I already let the host know but a couple things to improve would be the stairs. It may be for snow? But the holes in the stairs isn?t safe for dogs. We needed up carrying our dogs up and down the entire trip (about 8 flights per day.. phew!). Also, the kitchen water smells weird? I?d recommend bringing your own water just in case! Other than than, just some regular pest control. The place was lovely and had a great location. Would rent again without a doubt!!

My mom, sister, and I had a wonderful reunion vacation in Carbondale. We could bring our 2 dogs-thank you! Unit was bright, clean, and great location-walking distance to downtown and close to other fun destinations. Only thing missing was a decent sized outdoor space for hanging out. While I didnt realize it was a basement apartment and was disappointed about that at first, it didnt really matter as we spent very little time there during the day. The property is in a perfect location to Carbondale shops, parks and restaurants. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and shower was really nice. This is a lovely, totally remodeled apartment in a new, high ceiling, poured concrete basement right in downtown Carbondale. The house is very near the town park, brew pub, distilleries, coffee shop, galleries, and restaurants. This is a really cute basement-level remodel. Very clean with modern finishes. We appreciated the speaker system and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Couldn?t ask for a better location either. Perfectly located, clean, and well appointed, this is a perfect home-base for exploring Carbondale and the surrounding areas. The entrance was a bit difficult to find as the apartment is in the basement and completely underground, but once we realized there was no "garden-level" the rest of the access was simple. There is no natural light or real windows that open to the outside, but as long as you aren't expecting views or sunlight, this is a great place to be.

We loved staying here! Very clean and well lit apartment. Because it is a basement apartment it was nice and cool in the summer heat, there are stairs down to the apartment (that may be a consideration for some). This clean, modern basement is a great value in the heart of downtown Carbondale. It is one block from Main Street, which has some cute bars/restaurants/shops and across the street from the town park (FYI - no dogs allowed). We stayed here for a week with our two small dogs, and the location was a perfect launchpad for working/playing in the Roaring Fork Valley. We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is much larger than it appears in the pictures and has been beautifully renovated. We had a really lovely time staying in this basement level condo. It's a very comfortable, private and modern space. The temp in Carbondale was 85-90 a few days we were there, but the space always stayed really nice and cool. Our only concern was with the metal grate stairs down to the unit. They're really sharp and our dog couldn't walk down them. We ended up using paper bags to cover half of each stair tread so she wouldn't cut her paws.
