Fabulous place for family gatherings. We laughed that each person had their own living room. We had 6 family members for dinners very easily and a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. We also skied so it easily accommodated all our additional gear/bags.

This is a wonderful house with lots of space and opportunities for stays. We loved the outdoor patio and gated parking space. We picked this location for its distance to Glenwood Springs, but Carbondale was amazing! The single-screen movie theater was great to see Hamnet in, and we had coffee and pastries each morning on Main Street. There are plenty of places to eat in town also. It is an easy drive to Aspen or Glenwood if you're wanting to use this as a launching point. The house was clean, appliances in great shape, and all was as expected. Great communication throughout, and we would stay with Aspen Leisure Co again anytime.

The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did notice recurring elm seed bugs indoors (about 10–20 per day, mostly in the bathroom and the bedroom right next to it), which required some self-management during the stay. After communicating with the management, we did learn that they are harmless and common in the area, but for someone who is uncomfortable around bugs, it did impact comfort a bit. Communication with management was polite, though we didn’t receive a final update on whether any treatment was arranged. Aside from this, everything else met expectations.

Located on a quiet street, right across from one of our favorite places, True Nature Spa; and steps to main street with many great shops and restaurants. Great house and location. Easy walking distance to all the local restaurants. Very pet friendly, as front yard was fenced. Only quirk was that there were very tiny, innocuous beetles inside because of some annual migration going on. Would not prevent me from coming back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Well stocked, even TP and paper towels! The home was very clean. We had a maintence issue, contacted them and it was fixed several hours later - very prompt and friendly response. Close to downtown and great playground nearby.. our grandaughter said it was the best playground ever! You wont regret staying at Sunflower House!

The house was beautiful and comfortable for my family, with three kids age 7-13. Everything was perfect. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We stayed several nights. The location is fantastic for Carbondale, and I appreciated the parking which fit our truck and was behind a gate. I definitely could tell this was managed by a business rather than a homeowner as it felt less like a home (no spices, no olive oil, soap dispensers didn?t work, and little things likes that), and they communicated their would be $100/hr fee if we were late leaving after checkout which I?ve not encountered before. The house was roomy, clean and welcoming. We (4 adults) loved having coffee out on the patio every morning, and only wished it had had a few more chairs under the roofed portion. The house inside is quite pretty and peaceful although it located in the town street. It?s very convenient to get any places we want. Great location and alternative to staying in Aspen for the price. Would definitely stay again. Location is key, it's right next to all the restaurants and 2 minute walk to coffee shop. The bed in the back bedroom was definitely too soft, so if you have a bad back, sleep in the other room. We've stayed in both the Sunflower House and their backyard cabin (Red Door Cabin) before. Both spots are gems but the Sunflower House was perfect for our needs. This house is well-appointed with plenty of space for a longer stay in the town. What a delightful and wonderful little cottage we stayed at while training in Carbondale. The location was perfect and the home was well stocked. Many of the local restaurants and attractions are in walking distance. For those who want to stay in, the kitchen and dining areas are excellent.
